With more than twenty year’s experience as a Consultant Cardiologist I see patients with a broad range of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, arrhythmias and heart muscle disease. These conditions typically cause problems of chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations or light-headedness.
After clinical evaluation some patients require further investigations. For private investigations; echocardiography and cardiac monitoring monitoring are arranged throught Ultracardiac (an independent sector provider), coronary CT and cardiac MRI scanning are arranged at Torbay Hospital. Invasive coronary angiography and pacemaker implantation are also arranged at Torbay Hospital.

After undergraduate medical studies at Cambridge University I completed my medical degree at Oxford University Medical School in 1993. My subsequent Specialty Training in Cardiology was undertaken in the North East of England. I was appointed as a substantive consultant at Torbay Hospital in 2004.
