Mr Amr Elkhouly, is a Consultant of Trauma and Orthopaedics in the Royal Berkshire Hospital in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh-Trauma and Orthopaedics- as well as a Member of the British Society for Children's Orthopaedic Surgery (BSCOS). He is also a faculty member of the Miller's International Orthopaedic FRCS teaching course, Oxford, UK. Amr completed three national specialist fellowships in Alderhey Children's Hospital, Liverpool University Hospital, Southampton University Hospital and the Royal Berkshire Hospital. He has also completed an international limb reconstruction fellowship in the Ilizarov Institute, Kurgan, Russia, for limb deformities. In 2017 he attended and presented at the International Paediatric Orthopaedic Symposium (Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA)) Adults: 1-Lower Limb Joint Replacement Surgery: Management of adult Osteoarthritis(degenerative/traumatic) with different modalities of treatment including joint injections, arthroscopy, Knee and Hip arthroplasty surgery 2-Adult sports injuries: Management of soft tissue injuries of the knee, knee arthroscopy, arthroscopic meniscal and cartilage surgery, ACL reconstruction surgery 3-Adult Deformity: Management of complex deformity/trauma and its sequelae, including malunion/ nonunion requiring corrective osteotomy and internal/external fixation using the ilizarov principles Paediatric: General paediatric Orthopaedics, paediatric deformities, paediatric hip surgery, paediatric knee surgery, paediatric Foot and ankle surgery, lower limb paediatric sports injuries and trauma
