Mr Quinn’s wife worked as a GP Partner in Exminster and Starcross. He has two daughters, who are pursuing their careers, one in Artificial Intelligence regulation and the other in eye surgery. In his free time he enjoys walking in the beautiful Devon countryside and exploring the south west coast.
