Over years of training and consultant practice I have honed my skills and specific interests in upper GI surgery. Practising as a specialist in emergency surgery has allowed me to develop particular skill in the variety of gallbladder problems including bile duct stone treatment. I have the requisite skills in lithotripsy, transcystic and choledochal stone removal. My other specialist interest in hiatal surgery includes anti-reflux and giant para-oesophageal hernia repair. These conditions affect your everyday life and the interesting and effective surgery is fascinating to undertake Abdominal wall hernias such as groin hernias can affect your everyday life and inhibit your work or favourite hobbies. I am experienced a a range of techniques including various laparoscopic procedures such as IPOM, TAP and TEP that can be tailored to your specific needs
