Mr Nunns studied medicine at Manchester University and qualified in 1991. He went on to carry out a higher research doctorate (MD) in 1995. Mr Nunns completed specialist training in Adelaide, Australia, Leicester and Derby before moving to Nottingham in 2002. Mr Nunns became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG)1 in 1997 and became a Fellow (FRCOG) in 2011. Mr Nunns is an accredited subspecialist in gynaecological oncology and an accredited colposcopist.
