He has developed a Head & Neck/Thyroid Robotic Surgical Service and East & North Herts Teaching NHS Trust and was the first Consultant in the UK to develop a remote access robotic thyroidectomy service. Under his guidance, East & North Herts Teaching Trust have established a Thermal Ablation (RFA, microwave) service for the treatment of benign thyroid lesions.
