As a high volume stone surgeon I regular do treatment of routine and complex urinary stones (urolithasis) including: • Ureteroscopy and LASER lithotripsy of ureteric stones • Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy • Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for treatment of larger stones in kidneys including mini PCNL and endoscopic combined intrarenal surgery (ECIRS) • Diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract cancers including the LASER ablation of upper urinary tract cancers • General urology procedures and diagnostics tests including the assessment of -visible and non visible blood in the urineraised PSA and abnormal prostate examinationsrecurrent urinary tract infections and preventionloin painerectile dysfunctionproblems with the foreskin or phimosisundescended testisdifficulty passing urine or lower urinary tract symptomsbladder outflow obstruction
