Mr Agarwal went to JIPMER, Pondicherry, one of the top prestigious medical schools in India. This followed an extensive orthopaedic training in teaching hospitals in London (2008-2012) and a formal Higher Surgical Training Programme in Surrey and Sussex (2012-2018). This was followed by a Fellowship in Sydney where he honed his skills in knee and hip replacements including use of Direct Anterior Approach, Robotics and Navigation.
He joined as a consultant in the NHS in 2019 and has also built up his private practice in the Midlands and Birmingham region since then.
