I am a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Manager with expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, orthopaedic recovery, and sports injury management. I am passionate about helping patients regain movement, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy, whether recovering from surgery, returning to sport, or managing everyday aches and pains.

With many years of clinical experience, I have developed specialist skills in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, supporting patients through every stage of their recovery following procedures such as:

Total Hip Replacement (THR)
Total Knee Replacement (TKR)
Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction
Other lower and upper limb orthopaedic surgeries

I have a particular interest in sports injuries, especially running-related injuries, and enjoy working with patients to optimise performance, prevent recurrence, and achieve a safe return to activity. My expertise also extends across the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

As Manager of the Physiotherapy Department, I am committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the most effective and evidence-based treatment throughout their rehabilitation journey.

I believe in tailoring every treatment programme to the individual, helping patients achieve their personal goals through education, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and ongoing support.
