I am a dedicated Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in women’s pelvic health. I am passionate about helping women better understand their symptoms, feel confident in their bodies and return to the activities that matter to them.
I support women experiencing a range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain and abdominal separation. I understand that these symptoms can have a significant impact on everyday life, which is why I aim to provide a supportive and comfortable environment where every patient feels listened to.
I have developed specialist skills in supporting women with:
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Stress, urge and mixed urinary incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pelvic pain
Abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
Menopause-related pelvic health concerns
I also have a particular interest in pre- and postnatal pelvic health. I support women throughout pregnancy and following childbirth, helping them manage symptoms, rebuild strength and return to exercise safely and confidently.
My approach is individualised and focused on each patient’s personal needs and goals. I work closely with patients to help them understand their condition and develop a realistic treatment programme that may include education, pelvic floor rehabilitation and carefully planned exercise.
As a qualified STOTT Mat Pilates Instructor, I bring a strong understanding of movement and exercise to my physiotherapy practice. Where appropriate, I use this knowledge to help patients improve strength, control and confidence as part of their rehabilitation.
