Academic background

Miss McGuiness studied at King’s College School of Medicine and Dentistry, graduating in 1990 with her medical degree from the University of London. She became determined to become a plastic surgeon whilst visiting East Grinstead as a student and was fascinated by the World War II airmen and the physical and mental journey required for their recovery.
