Thank you for seeing me so promptly. Your immediate assessment of my debilitating state of health ensured the seriousness was identified as soon as I hobbled into your consulting room. Your care and thorough examination highlighted other aspects which other medical staff left undiscovered. Arranging a MRI scan within 24 hours expedited my progress to the next stage in my planned treatment. The second appointment arranged to explain in detail the result of the scan ensured my wife and I had a full understanding of the medical terminology. I am pleased to say your due diligence of my care helped in my future well being.April 2022
I saw Mr Ahmed on 15.11 after initial brain scans. I was very apprehensive and scared, but he put me at ease straight away with his friendly and professional persona. He explained everything thoroughly, nothing was too much trouble. He also fully assessed me during our consultation, leaving no stone unturned, which gave me the reassurance I needed. There was a clear way forward and I have every confidence in his abilities. I am pleased to be under his care and trust his ongoing advice and professionalism.November 2021
After our daughter had had a couple of suspected seizures we booked an appointment with Dr Ahmed to determine quickly what steps we should take. We were able to meet with with Dr Ahmed at the Oaks hospital within 3 days of our initial contact. Dr Ahmed was welcoming, and extremely understanding of our concerns. We explained the circumstances and the events, and he took time to explain to us what medically had happened and what the best course of action is to prevent a recurrence. Dr Ahmed’s explanations and advice were clear and easy for us to understand, and we are grateful that we can come back to him to discuss further if we have queries or concerns. I have no hesitation is recommending Dr Ahmed to patients or parents who find themselves in a similar situation, and we now feel much more confident about the road ahead.November 2021
