  • Mr Thakrar was very professional.Took time to explain what was going to happen and what to expect after the operation. He was sympathetic, supportive and understanding about the post op pain and discomfort (which was more than I had anticipated and lasted longer than I expected). He took the trouble on the last consultancy after the op to show the before and after x-rays and with the aid of a model explained what had taken place, all of which was much appreciated. If I have to have my other knee done any time in the future I would hope that Mr Thakrar would be available to provide the service.
