Academic Background
After MBBS qualification in 1998 from Baroda - India, Mr Malek completed his junior doctor training from Mersey deanery. He received formal Orthopaedic Registrar training from Wales and obtained FRCS (Tr & Orth) in 2009. He joined Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore as a Fellow and received extensive training in joint replacement and reconstruction surgery. He took Consultant position in Liverpool before settling in Stafford. His NHS base was University Hospitals of North Midlands, Stoke on Trent until end of 2018. He has now moved to full time private practise that include both private and NHS Choose and Book patients. He won the award of ‘The Best Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon in Staffordshire 2018' by Global Health and Pharma Awards.
