Mr Amit Datta qualified as a doctor from St Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London in 1998. In 2003 he started his higher surgical training in Trauma & Orthopaedics in Birmingham at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. During his training he obtained an MSc in Orthopaedic Engineering from the University of Cardiff in 2005 and passed his FRCS (Tr & Orth) in 2007. In 2009 Mr Datta was awarded his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery & gained specialist recognition by the GMC.
