Patient Feedback

  • I would like to send my compliments and thanks to all members of staff I met and have dealt with through my visits and treatment recently from beginning to end. They were all kind, thoughtful, caring, respectful, informative, and efficient to myself and my family while we were going through this journey. I have a fear and dread as most people do of hospitals and treatment. My family had their worries too and all of us can only speak highly of the team who reassured us with a smile and reassurance every step of the way. This goes from reception, nurses, agency staff, phlebotomy, pharmacy, physio ladies and gents and housekeeping, never was anything too much to ask. Mr Rahmanou and the surgical team and anaesthetist exceeded my expectations Thank you to all, from myself and my family.
