Clinical interests

My interests are primary (including complex primary) and revision hip and knee arthroplasty as well as simple knee arthroscopy.
I have been fortunate to have trained under several excellent arthroplasty surgeons. At the end of my training I completed the Avon Advanced Arthroplasty Fellowship in Bristol with Professor Gordon Bannister and Professor Ashley Blom.

I perform cemented and uncemented hip replacements and cemented knee replacements and only use implants which have a proven track record. I do not use any metal on metal implants.

I have a particular interest in enhanced recovery.

I also have a trauma interest within my NHS practice
