Professor Nick Harris subspecialty trained in Foot & Ankle Surgery. He undertakes all aspects of Foot & Ankle Surgery including: Ankle fractures, Ankle replacement, Ankle fusion, Ankle arthroscopy, Ankle ligament and tendon surgery, Achilles tendon surgery,Talus fractures, Calcaneal fractures, Navicular fractures, Midfoot and Lisfranc injuries, metatarsal fractures, bunion surgery, toe surgery, neuroma surgery, sports injuries of the foot and ankle, rheumatoid arthritis, tarsal coalition, congenital foot and ankle disorders, flat foot surgery.
He was appointed Visiting Professor at Leeds Beckett University in October 2017. He has produced over 100 original publications and presentations and is the editor of a best selling textbook on orthopaedic examination.
Professor Harris is the Lead Clinical Designer of the Rebalance Mobile Bearing Total Ankle Replacement. He has been on the Smith & Nephew International Complex Ankle Arthroscopy Faculty. He is a reviewer for the Bone and Joint Journal.
