  • Day case - laparoscopic cholecystectomy Amazing care and support from the nurses. Consultant and anaesthetist came round in the morning and explained everything and answered questions. Theatre and recovery team so lovely and caring- really grateful and put me at ease. Thank you from the warm welcome from the reception team, ward Clark, care team and to all the behind the scenes staff that keep everything running smoothly. Hopefully I don’t need to use your services again but if I did I would not hesitate to use Duchy

  • Excellent service always deserves a positive review. I recently had to pay private for a consultation, MRI and diagnosis for a tendon and bicep injury that had been totally dismissed by the NHS over 6/7wks. It had got to the point where I was a few weeks away from losing some function in my arm for life. I was lucky enough to select Rishi Parmar to go and see. It was the best money I've ever spent. I was in to see him in no time. He immediately correctly predicted what the injury was. An MRI next day and quick follow up appt confirmed the prediction. I was sent to my local NHS hospital to arrange surgery armed with a detailed report. When I got there they were expecting me and got me booked in for surgery just a few days later. This NHS op was cancelled on the day as a more urgent case came in which is understandable. So I was booked in again for 5 days later and In a nice serendipitous twist, Rishi was actually on the duty rota on the day of my surgery and carried it out himself. I'm now day 8 after surgery and everything has gone perfectly well. When I say I was lucky to have selected Mr Parmar, it's only when you read his online CV which can be accessed from the Renacres website that you realise his expertise and credentials. I'm sure all the doctors listed as upper limb specialists are very competent and good at what they do. But Rishi Parmar is the specialist I'd recommend you seek out for any upper limb injury via health insurance or privately finances. A really charismatic, professional top drawer operator. Me and my family have used Renacres on a number of occasions. Every visit is a 10/10 experience without exception. The reception staff are Always just as you'd like them to be, the facilities are very good. Waits between the stages of treatment are always the minimum they can be. The rooms for overnight stays are hotel standard and according to my mum the food is top notch. So as well as recommending my doctor I also recommend Renacres for anyone choosing private healthcare.

  • My experience was fantastic!!! The service and check backs were so consistent and my nurse was an angel. Mr clifton my surgeon was incredible and explained everything i needed to know before i went it. Everyone i spoke to today were polite, softly spoken and caring towards me after my operation. The rooms were so sanitary and the food provided had alot of options and wasn’t just any plain, typical hospital food. The reviews on this place are very underwhelming as i believe this place was fantastic!!

  • I have absolutely no hesitation in commending Mr Auplish’s skill with regard to the surgery I had and also with regard to his personable nature and excellent professional manner. The visit to this outpatient unit was also generally very positive.

  • My husband recently had Holep surgery. The hospital is spotless. James Brewin and Pippa the anaesthetist were so reassuring. All the staff were so friendly and can't do enough for you. We stayed at an Byways apartments in the city for the duration of his hospital visit. Very convenient and parking too.

  • I do not have health insurance and have paid to see Dr Lindsey over the last year and a half. The NHS waiting list to see a cardiologist was over 40 weeks at the time. It was a good decision and i have no regrets.
