  • I came in to the hospital to see if I could book a private appointment with a short waiting time and was offered a same day appointment. It’s brilliant!

  • From the moment we went into Renacres Hospital we felt welcome. There was a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were polite and friendly. I had an injection in my back under X ray with Dr Krishnamoorthy, he was very good and informed me what he was going to do every step of the way. The nurses were very attentive and caring throughout. The nurse that checked me in was particularly lovely. I was made to feel very cared about throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Renacres for anything.

  • I can not praise all staff giving dignity and respect . Explaining my procedures and the outcome and reasons why I should wear surgical stockings for 14 days . My Consultant Mr Butt could not have been any more helpful and explained procedure to my routine follow up appointment. He explained what PIFU was and that at any time till June if I have any concerns or questions to call and arrange appointment with him . He showed me how to massage my scar . I felt at ease in the care of Mr Butt . I would highly recommend him and the hospital . Thank you all for taking care of me and the Nurse on the day of operation helped me nothing was to much trouble . The physio came to see me before discharge who explained everything that I needed to do with exercises for my hand can’t thank you enough

  • I recently had a total knee replacement. Cannot fault theatre staff or the consultant. When i first arrived my room was freezing. Im very warm blooded and dont feel the cold but this was very very cold for. After surgery a nurse came to get me up as they do for this surgery. She pulled my leg to get my legs out of the bed and I burst into tears. She had not dropped the guard at the top end of the bed nor did she give me a chance to get ready to swing my legs out. This was the start of things to come. Physio came and got me up later on. I had told them I suffered from. Fibromyalgia and ME and that I would be extremely tired after surgery. The nursing staff seemed to go through the motions and were not caring or had any concept of how major surgery would be on top of my other conditions. Im not a soft person im usually as active as my condition allows. I was made to feel a nuisance. Was told by one nurse they were busy. However the Dame nurse said
