I had my Dupuytrens contracture surgery carried out at Blakelands Hospital milton keynes by Mr Marek and his team yesterday 6th January 2026. The service from the receptionist, and Kirsty the first medical staff I saw was very good, putting me at ease. The rest of the team, from Mr Marek the surgeon, and the aenethatist, wer excellent. The recovery room experience was very good, Janice and the rest of the team looked after me very well. The information given to me on my release from hospital was good. I had a follow up call from Blakelands this morning 7th January, making sure I wasn't having any problems. I am very happy with my experience at Blakelands Hospital.

Excellent staff. I was an extremely nervous patient on the day but they were so kind and informative. Not once did I feel pressured into anything, it was all at my pace. Thank you for the excellent treatment.

I was at the Woodland Hospital for a keyhole procedure, and could not fault it. My consultant was excellent (Mr Ebdewi). All of the staff and nurses that I had dealings with were polite, helpful and friendly, and I was kept updated at all times. Although I was a little apprehensive of the procedure, I was given a clear understanding of the process, which alleviated my concerns. All areas of the hospital, and my room were immaculately clean. 5 stars to the Woodlands!!

The reception staff were polite and welcoming. I was seen ahead of my appointment, by Mr George, where my medical problem was explained and the range of treatments discussed. I found the visit to be a comfortable one.

I had my first knee replacement in Jan 2025 after waiting just 4 weeks. The operation went really well and i was discharged the next day. Physio was really tough but the most important part of a good recovery. After a couple of weeks it started to get better, then each week after that i saw big improvements. I was walking about in no time and couldn't wait to have my second one done. I had my second one in July. Again the op went amazingly and the recovery was tough for the first 2 weeks. Im now 12 months on from my first op and walking about normally, enjoying life and my holidays again with no pain. Im even starting line dancing at the age of 83. Im so happy and i cannot thank Mr Malek enough. He was very kind, polite, gentle and professional. He filled me with confidence instantly. I only wish i had plucked up the courage to have it done years earlier. Thank you very much Mr Malek and the lovely team at Rowley Hall.
