  • Very clean 👌 excellent reception and staff very caring, the only fault I can find is Location, I'm not familiar with the area and it took me 45 mins to find the facility, there are 4-5 NHS facilities in an estate and a further 4 NHS facilities within the area of Boston West as I've found so far so a suggestion of a map sent out to those from out of the area would be helpful 😀

  • Came for Varicose Vein Surgery on the 19/1/2026 and the experience was amazing very kind staff that explained everything in detail even the recovery room was shown to me before i was put under the anaesthetic.ThankYou so much for a great experience

  • All the staff at the woodthorpe hospital were professional, kind and caring, they made my stay very comfortable the three days I was there. When it was time to go home Raymond explained everything I needed to know going forward and kindly helped me to and in the car. A big thank you to everyone at the hospital

  • Great hospital. Although I'm an NHS patient I was treated with the same respect and dignity as if Private. The facilities are lovely modern and clean. Staff are all friendly knowledge and welcoming. Great experience

  • I have had a knee replacement carried out at Renacre. I can't thank everybody involved enough. From reception, nurses and in particular Mr Pavlou and all of the surgery staff. Brilliant!

  • I was there yesterday for some surgery on my foot, got to say that anything out of the ordinary sends me into panic mode but as soon as I arrived I was put perfectly at ease. Everybody I was in contact with were extremely professional and so friendly and yes the place was spotless so a big mention to the guys in the background. Once again thank you for making my short stay ( day patient ) as pleasant as you did

  • Wow what an amazing experience. I just had surgery with Prof Drew and I couldn’t have been looked after better from the start. Steve Ellis really put me at ease when I was admitted, great humorous guy. All the nurses were fantastic and couldn’t have done more for me. The anaesthetist was so reassuring as I had never been put to sleep before. I had a private room and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn’t rushed to leave the following day. I truly felt like I was in the best place with the best surgeon and team. Thank you Duchy.
