Thank you does not show my and my wife Jan,s thanks for the wonderful support received from all the people working at this wonderful place. Jan has been both an in patient and also an out patient this week (for a separate condition) and at all times we were treated with respect and friendly ness explained at all times what was happening even when the unexpected happened!! Even in their busy schedule of work,time was found to try to get to terms with a very temperamental TV. Again thank you for all the support she and I, as a concerned husband, are recieving from all staff Good to know we have this facility available In the area

What a great team of people that work at this hospital. Everybody was super friendly and really helpful. This made having my procedure done (hip replacement) much more pleasant than I expected. Even the surgeon comes around for a chat . Brilliant effort from this hospital, top class.

I cannot thank the team enough for my treatment yesterday while admitted for day surgery. Due to a previously very distressing stay in hospital I was petrified of being in a hospital setting again and under general anaesthetic. The team were amazing with me, particularly the anaesthetist and my nurse who made me feel so reassured at every step. Words can’t express how much gratitude I owe the whole team for making this day so easy for me.

The care I received was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional, reassuring and clearly very good at what they do. From pre-op through to discharge, everything was explained clearly and I felt completely looked after. The surgery went smoothly, the aftercare advice was clear, and I was made to feel at ease throughout. I even wrote in the internal questionnaire that the treatment and staff were so good I’m almost looking forward to my next hernia — although hopefully that part was taken as the joke intended. A huge thank you to everyone involved. Outstanding care and a genuinely impressive team.
