I had a really positive experience at Berkshire Independent Hospital, where Professor Levy repaired my rotator cuff. From start to finish, the care I received was excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring, which made a big difference in putting me at ease. A special thank you to Lisa, the physio, who clearly explained what to expect after the surgery, and to Clyre, the nurse who looked after me so well (and kept the cups of tea coming!). While surgery is never something you look forward to, the team made the whole experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The hospital staff are very professional and friendly at the same time. They are approachable and always willing to give clear answers to any questions asked. The atmosphere is calm and reassuring. I would definitely recommend the Yorkshire Clinic.

Had my left wrist carpal tunnel surgery on Saturday. Had nice room with comfortable recliner, TV and own toilet. Very clean. Staff from reception up to nurses and staff in operation theatre all very friendly and kind. All questions answered. Had 1st appointment with surgeon on 11th of March 2026 and might be 11weeks waiting for operation. But got call to come in 11th April 2026 for left wrist and then got letter right hand will be done 25th June 2026! That was fast. Operation took about 10 minutes and feeling quite ok now on Monday after. Can only recommend- had also my knee replacement there on 1st January 2025. When you can choose - choose Woodthorpe Hospital!

Modern and clean hospital. Easy to find. Arrived 40 min before my appointment time, while I was waiting, noticed that there are more receptionists as patients. Offered tea and coffee, which was nice. All workers, especially doctor, were professional and polite.

Very happy with the whole process at Pinehull hospital! It was a pleasure to be looked after here as a NHS patient! The care, the staff, everything was just amazing!! I hate blood tests and I’m sure so many do but the staff here ensure the process was good, I was okay and made sure I didn’t leave until i felt comfortable! Being a 24 year old having her first surgery, I was very nervous! But I knew I was in good hands here at Pinehill! My surgeon was Geraint Lloyd and he was amazing and I can’t thank him enough. After meeting him for the consultation back in Oct/Nov, I knew I was going to be in safe hands with him. He ensured the surgery was safe and that everything was going to be fine! I can’t thank him enough if anyone could pass this on for me please!! Other care staff and nurses who looked after me as I stayed the night, thank you for all your support! It meant a lot!! Sophia

I have just had a total hip replacement completed at Tees Valley Hospital. The consultant, doctors, nursing & physiotherapy staff at this hospital are exceptional, providing excellent care & offering the best you could ever need or want. Everyone here gives patients' excellent information & advice on their procedure & recovery. & provides the best care on offer within the healthcare system. I would advice anyone to use this hospital if they need a procedure, I cannot fault them on anything. Thank you for looking after me.

I have just had a knee replacement at Clifton Park hospital. I can't praise them enough. The consultant anaesthetist, doctors, nursing staff and all other staff were efficient, knowledgeable, expert, caring and kind. I felt very well looked after.

Consultant, Mr Qadri Qutub carried out a left knee replacement operation on 27.2.26 for me. He was very professional, courteous and provided me with good information at meetings before the operation and at post operation meeting with him. I would highly recommend him based on my experience. Ramsey staff were very caring and professional during the whole experience.

I had a tooth extraction via a NHS referral with Mr Martin Evans. Communication was excellent prior to consultation and extraction. Receptionist was friendly and waiting room comfortable. I can’t speak too highly of Mr Evans and accompanying Dental Nurses. Friendly, professional and calm. Took the time to explain procedure and although the extraction wasn’t especially enjoyable, Mr Evans did an excellent job. An excellent experience of the Westborne Centre and all of its staff who did a fantastic job from start to finish of process. The experience makes me want to have more teeth out! Or maybe not. Sincere thanks and congratulations on providing an excellent service. 10/10.

Had a recent, thus far, successful spinal operation which was by far the best hospital experience of my life. All aspects were exemplary, communication, standards of rooms, every member of staff were all professional, truly caring. I chose Woodthorpe and it has proven to be a great decision. The staff at the hospital are all amazing, they are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hospital is really clean and ready for your stay. Everything was explained so as I knew exactly what was happening. I would definitely use the hospital again if I needed another operation. The after care is also brilliant and staff keep in touch with your progress. Great experience.
