Yesterday I had inguinal hernia surgery at Yorkshire Clinic. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. I was treated with great kindness and competence by all the staff who looked after me during the time I was there. This was in no way different to my preliminay visits, greatly reassuring for someone who does not function well in healthcare establishments and for whom this was their first experience of surgery. Many thanks to all those involved, especially Mr Peter Webster.

I had a paperwork related issue , Louise Tan one of the operators was so helpful, polite,professional and went above and beyond to help and solve the problem I was having , a very valuable member of staff in my opinion

Was referred to this hospital as NHS pain management procedures as Ipswich hospital wait time was 2 years no consultant I was told. I had been on waiting list 42 weeks when got told Ramsay care taking over . I couldn't have been in better hands all staff wonderful professional procedure itself didn't take very long and although anesthetics administered more of relaxant. Was talked through it. Brilliant and coffee and sandwich biscuits given afterwards. A big thanks to all staff who were in the day unit and consultant and anaesthetists who helped made my short stay comfortable. I would recommend this hospital.

Had an endoscopy on 14/04/2026. All staff were absolutely brilliant, from the staff in reception to all the nurses and doctors who did the procedure they were very nice and was in and out within 2 hours. Thank you all for what was a nervous experience into a very easy and relaxed experience.

Ive just had a total hip replacement at the Yorkshire Clinic (13/4/26) and cannot praise this hospital enough. I received Excellent care throughout the whole process and was treated with respect and dignity. I felt like I was staying in a hotel, the staff were all brilliant and caring and the meals that were delivered were excellent. Special thanks to Mr Brew (consultant/surgeon) and his team for their skill and expertise.

I had a really positive experience at Berkshire Independent Hospital, where Professor Levy repaired my rotator cuff. From start to finish, the care I received was excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring, which made a big difference in putting me at ease. A special thank you to Lisa, the physio, who clearly explained what to expect after the surgery, and to Clyre, the nurse who looked after me so well (and kept the cups of tea coming!). While surgery is never something you look forward to, the team made the whole experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
