29.Jan. Umbilical Hernia operation. The staff at Springfield Hospital overall were amazing. This was my first ever operation previously only ever having used the NHS. I was never concerned therefore, please send my thanks to those who helped make my experience so welcoming and professional. I had my knee surgery yesterday and from start to finish I was very happy the staff from the porters to the theatre staff but especially Raymond and Jenny were the best made me feel so much less anxious and reassured me on all my worries thank you for yesterday they were both so polite caring and couldn’t do enough for me such lovely staff thank you again Absolutely outstanding hospital 😊

Had partial knee replacement here, it was OK...... there was an admin mare between all parties which meant i had to pay for the op myself. The care was the care, nothing really stood out that woudl make me say kick teh NHS into touch as these guys are ace, it was just...... OK...... and definately quicker

I have been really impressed with Oaklands, every single visit, every staff member has been friendly, welcoming and caring. The facilities are clean and comfortable, it made my surgery experience so much easier to deal with. I'd highly recommend Oaklands Hospital.

Had absolutely amazing visit, ladies at MRI very kind and carefull with respect to you, made me feel comfortable and ease. The main point i want to mention is receptionist Pauline, she was absolutely brilliant, when i came to book my self for follow up, she noticed that i was in wait for next appoitment for my surgery, she took time to call another clinic and to check what's going on and what will happen with it, that made me suprised and really taken care of. Wonderfull experience, people there are very proffesional and kind Really recomend them

I cannot find a single fault. The speed at which I was assessed to my operation was a miracle! I have endured a 7 year battle to get my spinal problems relieved. The care and respect is there from every single member of the staff I am forever grateful and thankful (even though I hurt like hell right now) I know over time I’ve got this! So thank you Newhall hospital and especially Mr Chappell for giving me hope of carrying less pain.

I'm currently under Fitzwilliam as an NHS patient. I think I expected I might be treated differently because of this but so far everyone I've met has been amazing. This review is primarily a shout out to the Radiology Dept especially the ladies who did my recent MRI. I'm quite claustrophobic and my last two mri's in a different hospital were very uncomfortable (though the staff were amazing). This time around though was miles different. I was able to go in feet first, had earplugs, eye mask, headphones and music. They talked me through every part, told me when I'd move. Let me know when it was almost done. Thank you!

Excellent treatment at this hospital. Staff were always kind ,reassuring and helpful at all time's throughout my surgery and recovery.
