My wife has just returned home from a knee replacement at Springfield, and have to say the care was absolutely superb, all of the staff the nurses, then doctors, the pharmacist, the cleaners, the food and drink ladies, the receptionists literally everyone we could not fault, so kind, caring and professional, many working unbelievably long days but still managing to smile these people are all true angels, thank you.

Very friendly and clean and I felt well cared for. I have mentioned to Mr Green that I would have liked some post-operative care information to take home with me, which is something I believe the hospital could organise for patients in generic form.

At my stay at Euxton Hall Hospital as a day patient every one did all they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. Everything concerning my operation was explained clearly, everyone who took care of me were very patient and kind, even when I had an embarrassing situation they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I had a phone call 24 hours later to see if everything was going well at home and if I had any worries to call the ward to speak to a nurse etc. I've had a few operations there and I can highly recommend them for your treatment.

Initial assessment was booked quickly and that was performed with care and dignity. The surgery was also booked in for at a satisfactory time period, the staff from reception, nurses, senior nursing staff and the consultant surgeon were all excellent and I felt safe and well cared for, recommended more than I can say.

I had surgery at Oaklands Hospital and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single member of staff was so kind and caring. The nurses were fantastic, and the healthcare workers who came when I pressed the buzzer were always quick to help and very reassuring. The doctor who checked on me was lovely, and the student nurses were great too. Even the lady who brought tea and broth was so kind and thoughtful. My surgeon also popped in before I went home to check on me and see how I was feeling, which I really appreciated. The anaesthetist spoke with me the next day while I was walking around and encouraged me, which meant a lot. Overall, everyone made me feel really well looked after. It’s such a friendly and caring place, and I feel very lucky to have had my surgery there.
