Absolute pleasure to be treated at this hospital. I was referred by GP over osteoarthritis in my knee 2 years ago. From being greeted by the lovely reception staff to meeting Dr Shah my treatment has been 10/10. Just had my first knee replacement the Care from the nurses and PTs were amazing. Thanks again :-)

I was in the most excruciating pain for over 10 months . Totally at a loss . But was referred to Pinehill by my local physio ( not drs ! ) What an amazing hospital from my first visit in Jan to operation in May to ongoing physio now. Mr Kabir was exceptional . He listened to me , knew what needed to be done and I knew I was going to be ok and now in the right place. I had severe back pain that made me unable to walk straight and made my life unbearable. My operation was medial Facetectomy, Laminiotomy and Flavectomy. Disc prolapse L4L5. From April who told me about appt, to Bryony? Booking clerk to Bev , Kirsten, Anna, Holly Brooke , Helen ,Ron, Juneteenth, Keira , Jackie, Jenny, Dr Alexander Czech, Danny Green , Thomas Samuel and all at Pinehill were amazing . Kind caring considerate and helpful . The hospital itself was clean , happy environment, modern .Mr Kabir I can’t thank enough . Such a nice man . He told me when I thanked him - it’s my job - I said yes but my goodness you do it so well, He has given me my life back and everyone has said how different I look now. Painfree now. Thank you to you all you are an exceptional group of people .

I cannot praise the Winfield staff enough. From reception to the consultant to the nurses lady’s offering tea biscuits , I felt in safe hands and that they cared as i was little nervous with my carpal tunnel op . All staff were so nice and this really helped keep me relaxed explained everything they was doing and what they were going to be doing care after that i needed , Thank you 😀

I cannot recommend Mr Pundrique Sharma highly enough. From my very first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from my breast augmentation and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I had tuberous breasts, something I had been self-conscious about for a long time, and the results he has achieved are beyond anything I could have hoped for. My breasts now look incredible—beautifully shaped, natural-looking, and perfectly suited to me. His skill, attention to detail, and expertise are truly exceptional. I would also like to thank the wonderful team at Renacres Hospital. After my surgery, I stayed overnight and received outstanding care. The nurses were absolutely fantastic, always available to help and making sure I had everything I needed. In particular, my night nurse was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and at ease that it genuinely felt like being at home. Thank you, Mr Sharma, and everyone at Renacres Hospital, for such a positive experience and for the exceptional care I received. I am absolutely delighted with my results and will be forever grateful.

I attended yesterday for an MRI scan of my small bowel. I was very nervous due to personal circumstances. However, as soon as I arrived I was met with care, compassion, laughter and friendly staff. Huge thanks to Ronnie on reception who was very caring and the OPS manager who assured me my results would be back in time for my next appointment. Finally but most thankfully goes to Akeel and Junaid in the radiology department who were amazing. They were so patient, kind, reassuring and checked on me throughout the scan. I am no longer scared of MRI scans. Thanks to each and everyone of you. Sending you my best wishes.

This hospital is amazing it cares its spotlessly most of all the staff are professional,caring and work together as a brilliant team. Especially John in Pharmacy Alex (Nurse) ,Robbie.in anaesthetic Dr Dravid and Dr Massraf.
