  • The Woodthorpe Hospital in Nottingham is excellent. The atmosphere is of calm efficiency. The staff are friendly, helpful,reassuring and professional. I was well prepared for my knee replacement surgery,with lots of preoperative information. That gave me confidence in the hospital which was fully justified.

  • The level of professionalism and the quality of care were outstanding. I would also say that the model used by the hospital to deliver medical services to NHS patients clearly demonstrates how more procedures of this type could and, perhaps, should be contracted out by the NHS. The efficiency and effectiveness of the care and service provided were second to none, all delivered by an exceptional team of medical professionals.

  • My dad was recently an inpatient here. We would like to thank Mr Taggart, Arif and Sally the physios, the nursing staff, domestic staff, hospitality staff and everyone who looked after him in theatre, who we didn’t meet but still do such a wonderful job! The service was exceptional from start to finish. We would like to express our extra special thanks to Arif, who went above and beyond on every single encounter he had with my dad. Nothing was ever too much, he took the time to really listen to my dad and explain everything in a way we all understood. Arif genuinely cared and the passion for his job was 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful experience in challenging times!
