  • Cancelled appointment less than 24 hours in advance, when asked they stated that it was for a software upgrade. Surely they would have had ample time to do this before cancelling appointments. Been waiting for this appointment for a very long time and now I am uncertain as to when I will get seen. Update - i have moved my review to due to the caring and professional nature of the nurses that looked after me after my operation. Thank you.

  • I had an appointment here today, the staff were friendly enough however i was called no less than 4 times prior to my appointment which i wasnt able to answer, i later found out this was because the dr i was due to see had an appointment at 10am and then i was the next one at 2pm so they wanted to see if i could push it forwards. Fair enough, but ringing once and leaving a message would have been enough, calling someone 4 times seems a bit much in my book. Then when i got to reception the lady behind the desk made sure to tell me that the dr had gone home and was coming back just for me which made it seem as if i was some kind of inconvenience for them. When in reality I showed up on time to my appointment which i specifically booked for the afternoon because i worked a graveyard shift until midnight the night before. The Dr i saw however was great, friendly, professional and informative, and didn't mention the fact he'd been home in between appointments at all. So great from that aspect.

  • My wife was in today for surgery and the level of care,communication from start to finish was truly worth it from the ward nurse, anaesthetists,surgeon and consultant she came in very anxious about the hole thing but that was soon completely forgotten about. If you have the chance to use duchy for anything you will come away feeling much more positive
