  • I recently had a medial branch block procedure at Ramsay West Midlands Hospital, and I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was kind, professional and reassuring, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I had asked for sedation at very short notice because I was feeling anxious about the procedure, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. I was incredibly grateful, as it made a huge difference to my overall experience. A big shout-out to Dr Ahmed Salama, whose professionalism, expertise and calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the procedure. The nursing and theatre teams were equally fantastic—friendly, compassionate and attentive from start to finish. Thank you to Dr Salama and everyone at Ramsay West Midlands Hospital for providing such exceptional care. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital to anyone needing treatment. A truly five-star experience.
