  • Had a fantastic experience at Blakelands hospital!! Reception staff friendly smiley and inviting Dr Pai was so friendly and explained everything so well We had a pre op assessment and the lady was lovely Then on the day of my operation everyone was so friendly and warm and inviting! I really couldn’t ask for more from a hospital a world away from KGH! Tea and biscuits provided when I came round from surgery Lovely friendly staff!   • I was admitted on the 12th November for A TURP Procedure, from Pre Op. through to Post Op. and ongoing aftercare until discharge on the 14th November, I received informative, great care, especially as I was unable to get out of bed, alongside this the Anaesthetist and the Consultant carrying out my procedure were good at keeping me informed, especially the consultant who visited me several times, and also rang me at home on the 15th November, I have no issues in recommending this hospital at all.
