  • At my stay at Euxton Hall Hospital as a day patient every one did all they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. Everything concerning my operation was explained clearly, everyone who took care of me were very patient and kind, even when I had an embarrassing situation they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I had a phone call 24 hours later to see if everything was going well at home and if I had any worries to call the ward to speak to a nurse etc. I've had a few operations there and I can highly recommend them for your treatment.

  • Absolutely first class care, treatment, conditions and food. I had surgery on Wednesday and hoping to be released tomorrow, massive thank you to Mr mclauchlan and Dr Jones (aneathatist) assisted by Joe Bolton, this was the first time I have needed surgery in my 64 years and was filled with trepidation, your professionalism skill and after care instantly reassured me. I also truly thank the nurses who were amazing nothing was to much trouble they really did look after me! Thank you so much, Jen & Joanne, Julie, Rachel and Christiana i would definitely highly recommend this hospital. Kind regards Stuart

  • My appointment was for 8.15am but arrived at 7.55am, the receptionist was very nice when I booked in early, she called through to say I had arrived and told me to take a seat, I only sat down for about 2 minutes when the nurse called me through. I was taken cubicle had my obs done by a very nice nurse and was then taken to see Dr Watson who explained the procedure to me. I went back to the cubicle to change into a gown and taken in for my procedure which took about 30 minutes and Dr Watson was explaining everything that was happening during my procedure. I was taken back to my cubicle and was given tea and toast which was very nice as I hadn't eaten for 18 hours. I was discharged 1 hour 45 minutes from star to finish. I would thoroughly recommend the Rivers Hospital especially Dr Watson who did my procedure and put myself at ease.
