  • Excellent experience at this hospital. I received excellent care from all the staff every time I have had an appointment here and including my time as an inpatient for my spinal operation last May. I was a NHS patient and feel lucky to have been able to have my surgery here. My consultant Mr Naufel Ansar was excellent and a nice man. The surgery has really changed my life for the better, giving me back full mobility and I will always be extremely grateful to him. Many thanks.

  • I had a 2 night inpatient stay recently after having fairly major surgery at the Woodthorpe. The individual and quality care I received from my surgeon, anaesthetist and nursing staff made my experience such a positive one. The room was well equipped and the food good. every need was catered for. Special thanks for arranging to let me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone for a positive experience.

  • I had a wisdom tooth extraction last week at the Westbourne Centre, and I had the privilege of having Mr Tim Martin in charge of removing it. Let me say, he is a credit to the industry. Very professional, courteous, gentle and kind when removing the tooth and kept me informed before and after extraction. Thankyou so much for taking care of me in the proper manner.   • I recently stayed in at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hospital itself is beautiful—set in peaceful parkland, spotlessly clean, and calm. What truly made it special was how every member of staff looked after me with genuine care and the highest standards. From the reception team who welcomed me warmly, to the nurses who were attentive, kind, and always checking in, to the doctors and consultants who explained everything clearly and reassuringly—everyone went above and beyond. They treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout. The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail was impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and it really felt like they cared about my wellbeing as an individual. Ive only experienced such consistently excellent care in previous visits at Mew Hall Hospital. Thank you to the whole team at New Hall Hospital.
