  • I had a total hip replacement in March 2025, and I can't fault anyone involved in my journey. It was my first ever procedure at any hospital in my life, and at 60 I was absolutely terrified. Mr Numan Shah, all the nursing staff and my anaesthetist were amazing, and all extremely patient and accommodated my extreme fear of needles. Everything went well, I didn't have any problems, and if it wasn't for my vastly reduced small scar, I wouldn't know I'd had anything done.

  • Thank-you to everyone at Boston West Hospital. The treatment I had was fantastic. the consultant explained everything in terms of everything I could understand. The Hospital was very clean and the operating team were fantastic The discharge nurse told me everything I needed to know along with all the medications I needed. In all I could not fault any part of my treatment thank-you all at Boston West Hospital.

  • Not somewhere you'd visit for fun, but if you need private medical treatment, it's reassuring to know you're in capable hands. Nice big, modern waiting area with vending machines if you get peckish. Pro tip, don't forget to input car reg into console at reception. 😊🏥✨
