  • I attended the imaging department last Friday. I arrived earlier for my scans, was seen too Very quickly. Really lovely staff, kind caring and understanding of the nerves I had at the time, and explained everything to me. Friendly bunch, all went smoothly. Even had tea and biscuits. They all are great at what they do. ThankYou for being so kind and caring.

  • Very clean 👌 excellent reception and staff very caring, the only fault I can find is Location, I'm not familiar with the area and it took me 45 mins to find the facility, there are 4-5 NHS facilities in an estate and a further 4 NHS facilities within the area of Boston West as I've found so far so a suggestion of a map sent out to those from out of the area would be helpful 😀

  • Everything went very smoothly on the day, 7am admission, staff were lovely, first on the operating table at 8am, all the staff very friendly and helpful, discharged by 12pm, on 26/10/25 no problems did my exercises as instructed 4 times a day, religiously.l don't know if it's normal but it's just shyof 3 months and I've had no follow up, don't no if it's necessary or not, the only contact I've had is an email today asking me to leave a review, which isn't a problem because on the whole it was a very positive experience, but I need to contact the hospital because I still have a pair of your crutches,that I presume you would like back ?

  • Came for Varicose Vein Surgery on the 19/1/2026 and the experience was amazing very kind staff that explained everything in detail even the recovery room was shown to me before i was put under the anaesthetic.ThankYou so much for a great experience
