  • I recommend attending this appointment even if you feel completely better. It is reassuring & you are informed I would have an xray to check new inserts were still in place. This was carried our efficiently & Mr Malek had result on his computer screen 15 mins later for my appointment.

He took the time to listen to my experiences, explain the options available and create a clear plan for further investigations and next steps. He also considered my fertility and plans to try for children next year when discussing the options. I left feeling genuinely heard, supported and reassured.   • The hospital is easy to find although parking is limited. It was clean and had plenty of seating whilst waiting. Dr Khan was lovely and listened to what I had to say and gave me a few options together with the relevant information.
