I was in for knee surgery only a day patient. I could not fault the hospital. The staff treated me with respect I was kept informed all of the time. After my operation I was cared for by some very compassionate staff. Thank you all very much.

Had a minor operation at Woodthorpe hospital last week and I cannot fault their service and attention to detail. The hospital is spotlessly clean and all the staff were exceptional. My operation went well and my consultant and all the theatre staff were absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely looked after, listened to, and respected. Dr Malkei was truly exceptional — not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also one of the most caring and attentive individuals I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such expertise with such genuine compassion, and it made all the difference to my experience. The nurse Katie was equally wonderful — warm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and supported, and her friendly, calm manner immediately put me at ease. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable and even positive. I left feeling not only well cared for, but truly grateful. Without a doubt, the best medical care I’ve ever received. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

I have nothing but praise for this hospital plus all staff that I came across. Especially Dr Harry Soar and his whole medical team. I had a Denervation Procedure performed by Dr Soar on the 13/02/26 and I was very impressed with all concerned. They showed nothing but care and concern throughout my visit.. Well done to the hospital for employing wonderful staff at this Hospital.!!!! Especially the first class Dr Harry Soar.!!!!!

I had a very positive visit to the Westbourne Centre. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the dental nurse was kind and clearly explained the X-ray process, which put me at ease. Mr Alan Attard was especially excellent—attentive, kind, and thorough in answering my questions. I never felt rushed, and he showed genuine care throughout. Overall, a great experience and I felt very well looked after.

I am awaiting knee surgery due to me having to cancel a recent date as I was ill. I went in for another pre operative check and a talk given by a physio called Alex. While I was there I noticed a sign rating the hospital as good. I was amazed, as it is so much more than good. It is well above good. Very good or superb is my experience. The staff are professional right down to the receptionist when you walk in. She's lovely. Alex the physio was so much more than good. He was excellent at talking to our little crowd and showing us in detail the exercises we would do and where we could find them in our booklets. Everyone was considerate and sensitive even when I rambled on as I do when I get nervous and frightened. They were so very friendly and kind, empathetic and understanding. Each person I met was very very professional. I am glad to be going there. It's a well run smart and clean place. I just can't say enough about how lovely everyone there is. They really are the best, not just good.

Had Hip replacement surgery following long wait however worth the wait. All staff surgeons, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and domestic staff were kind caring professional and spent time when needed with myself and other patients I saw. Hospital clean and tidy. Equipment all in good order. Food fresh tasty nice size portions, good choices. Exactly what you need following surgery. Highly recommend Clifton Park Hospital.

Have attended Stourside Hospital many times and received excellent care and attention from the nurses to the consultants. Mr Shahzad is professional, kind and attentive and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend his services.
