All the staff I met whilst in the hospital were friendly and efficient

I had 2 minor surgery procedures, 1 to remove 2 small cysts on my head and a large lipoma on my right upper arm. Dr Erdinger, performed the surgery, and was assisted by, Karen, Lady and Joe. The experience was one of utter professionalism, empathy, humor and a total human touch, that is unfortunately missing in many of todays working professional people. I cannot find enough praise for ALL the staff at Tees Valley care. The main front line in greeting people are amazing. Thank you all. 🙌🫡

Absolutely — I’d make it warm and personal, while keeping it polished enough for a hospital review. An outstanding hospital and wonderful people I cannot praise The Cherwell Hospital highly enough. From the very first moment I contacted them to the last time I walked out of the hospital, I was treated with kindness, compassion and genuine concern. Most importantly, I was treated like a human being, rather than simply another patient. Everyone I encountered was friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile, but there are a few people I would particularly like to mention. Karen Nichols, the private patient coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She tried her very best to help me and to make sure that everything possible was done for me. Her kindness and willingness to help made such a difference. Mr Modi went above and beyond in helping me with both my tennis elbow and my broken clavicle. I felt that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for me, and I was incredibly grateful for the time, expertise and attention he gave me. I was also seen by Mr Manjat for a ruptured UCL in my hand, and again I was struck by how approachable, kind and caring he was. What all three have in common is that they talk to you as a person. They listen, they explain things, and they make you feel that you matter. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are worried, in pain or facing an injury, it makes an enormous difference. The Cherwell Hospital is fortunate to have such lovely people working there. I am extremely grateful to Karen, Mr Modi, Mr Manjat and everyone else who looked after me. Thank you for making what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.

Lovely staff, Only wish there were a tea & Coffee machine.I was gasping for a hot drink on arrival.

I had a consultation with Professor Tan who diagnosed the issue and suggested treatment options. He was clear and concise throughout. I proceeded to surgery and have been very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend.

Receptionists are so helpful and always a smiling face to greet you, the nurses were amazing at pre ops, staff on the wards so friendly made you feel welcome, always checking if your comfortable or in any pain, nothing was to much bother for them, same as the ladies who ask about meals and bring them to you, the meals are lovely and always make sure if you have had enough, amazing hospital
