‘I joined the National Enquiry Centre when it first opened 4 ½ years ago! We only had a team of 15, to be part of this new exciting team has been amazing and we have all grown together including the team now having 50 team members. The National Enquiry Centre is the home of Ramsay and its patients; I was promoted to Senior Enquiry Advisor, having the opportunity to build relationships across the company has allowed me to expand my knowledge to support the team and patients. The National Enquiry Centre has since provided me with my next career step allowing me to have a secondment role within Springfield Hospital which has now resulted in becoming a Senior Private Patient Advisor. I still have a strong relationship with the National Enquiry Centre, it is fantastic to see the team grow. I would like to thank the whole team for making the National Enquiry Centre a fantastic place to work!’

Its and extremely busy working environment with never a dull moment and, as the role involves lots of interaction with patients, colleagues from around the Ramsay group and consultants, no two days are the same!. I was taken on as an Enquiry Advisor and worked my way up to being a Senior Enquiry Advisor and looking after a small team. Now I am the Deputy Manager of the National Enquiry Centre.
