If you have recently been provided with a Status Determination Statement and disagree with the determination, you will need to write to us to provide reasons why you disagree with your Status Determination Statement.
Your written disagreement should include details of:
You should keep copies of any records about disagreements.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your disagreement and Ramsay will ensure it responds to your disagreement within 45 days from the date of receiving your verbal or written disagreement. Ramsay will take reasonable care in reaching its new status determination.
In our response we will set out one of the following:
1. If the employment status determination has not changed, and reasons why we believe there is no change.
2. If the employment status determination has changed, and reasons why we believe there is a change. It will also state the date from which the new status determination applies and confirm that the previous determination has been withdrawn.
During the 45 day period, Ramsay will continue to apply the rules in line with our original determination that was issued to you.
