Hand Therapy

What is hand therapy?

Hand conditions can be complex and easily develop problems if not treated in the early stages. We have a dedicated hand therapist who treats all hand and wrist injuries following trauma or surgery, and is specialised in the care of arthritic problems.

Preventative treatment, early phase and graded rehabilitation, provide a return to full functionality as quickly as possible.

Physiotherapy can help with the following:

  •  Finger and wrist dislocations
  •  Dupuytrens disease
  •  Arthritis
  •  Sports injuries
  •  Strains and sprains
  •  Fractures.
  •  Carpel Tunnel
