People Resource Groups

We’re proud to champion diversity through our People and Culture Forum, a democratically elected group of colleagues dedicated to putting people at the heart of everything we do. This forum drives employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, supported by our People Resource Groups (PRGs).
People Resource Groups (PRG’s) are employee-led groups at Ramsay focused on building social support and community with other employees who share a common identity. They are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment within the context of Ramsay’s values, mission and goals.
Disability – Acknowledging our colleagues with disabilities, seeking to create an environment that empowers them.
Ethnicity – Celebrating all out ethnically diverse colleagues to promote and inclusive and ethnically diverse workplace environment.
Generations – Acknowledging our multi-generational workforce, seeking to understand, support and evolve all our colleagues’ capabilities.
Pride – Celebrating our LGBTQIA+ community, seeking to create an environment where our LGBTQIA+ colleagues are encouraged and are able to be their true selves at work.
Social Impact – Contributing to improved social impact within Ramsay, opening doors for people from all backgrounds.
Wellbeing – Promoting and supporting the welfare of our colleagues actively seeking to create a strong healthy workplace environment. Covering a range of topics, such as menopause and mental health.
Armed Forces - Committed to supporting employees who have served in the military or are active reservists, and their families.
