People Resource Groups

At Ramsay Health Care, our foundation is the belief that people matter most. We are committed to treating every patient, team member, and partner with genuine care, compassion, and respect.

Our culture is built on inclusion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to making everyone feel valued. We’re proud to champion diversity through our People and Culture Forum, a democratically elected group of colleagues dedicated to putting people at the heart of everything we do. This forum drives employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, supported by our People Resource Groups (PRGs).

People Resource Groups (PRG’s) are employee-led groups at Ramsay focused on building social support and community with other employees who share a common identity. They are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment within the context of Ramsay’s values, mission and goals.
